For eBooks & mp3 Audios:
Within 48 hours after PayPal payment - an email will be sent to your nominated PayPal email. A link will be sent where you can instantly download the eBook PDF or audio mp3 file to your personal devices.
For specialty items:
What are the Shipping Charges?
Shipping costs are individually allocated to the item depending on its nature (weight, size etc).
How will my order be shipped?
We understand the need to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
In Australia our main carrier is Australia Post eParcel, For our International Orders we use International Air Mail.
Orders are currently being sent from Australia. Orders within Australia will take approximately 3-5 days to arrive. Orders placed internationally take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on your location.
What happens if an item is missing from my order?
Sometimes, orders can be sent in multiple satchels/boxes as they may
have not fit in just one. Please contact us to check if this is the
case. If in the rare chance we have missed an item off your order we
will arrange to have a replacement sent straight away.
What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact us
straight away & we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to
you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the
incorrect item.
Do you deliver to PO Box Address?
We can deliver to any Po Box Address in Australia and Internationally.
Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include
the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver
can find you easily.
What if my Moon Cup doesn't fit?
Please see the product description clearly stating the size of the moon cup. If you receive your cup and it doesn't fit, is too big or small; due to the nature of this product, for obvious hygienic reasons, we cannot offer a return on the item as we cannot sell this once it has been used. No refund is issued.
